Unit 53 Bayview Bay is a comfortable two-bedroom apartment with great views over The Broadwater. The master bedroom has its own balcony and a generously sized ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a security-screened window that reveals a wonderful view along the canal. Both bedrooms have large, mirror fronted, robes. The large main bathroom includes a laundry nook with an automatic top-loading washing machine and a wall-mounted clothes dryer.

The modern, light and airy kitchen is equipped with wall-oven and oven-grill. benchtop stove, double-sink, microwave, toaster, jug, all cooking and dining ware and a large refrigerator. Stand at the sink and enjoy the views over the broadwater to South Stradbroke Island.

You are only two minutes walk from a quiet park and still-water sandy beach. If you are in the mood for some exercise, breath in the salt-sea air as you stride along the boardwalk the 2.4 km to Charis Seafood (The Gold Coast’s largest seafood outlet). Walk 1 km the other way along Bayview Street and you will be at the Runaway Bay Shopping Village, with Coles, Woolworths, Big W and a raft of food, clothing and specialty shops. You could walk the 3 km to Harbour Town Outlet Shopping Centre, but a car may be a better option to transport all your purchases.
