Booking Deposit:- A deposit is required at time of booking. This will be 30% of the total rental fee. The balance of the rental fee must be paid 7 days prior to the arrival date. Payment may be made by credit card, direct deposit or Paypal.
Cancellation Policy:- If a cancellation is received at least 28 days prior to the planned date of arrival, there will be a full refund. In the case of cancellations received within the 28 day period, a full refund will be contingent upon the unit being re-let for the entire period of the original booking.
